Do I need to create a new account?+
No. Sign in with your existing Divyam Shopify account — the same login you already use to shop, for both customers and providers.
How do I join a video puja or consultation?+
Once your booking is confirmed, a video link appears under My Bookings. Click Join at your scheduled time — it opens right in your browser, no extra app to install.
Are the pandits and astrologers verified?+
Yes. Every provider submits ID and address proof, which our admin team reviews before their profile is visible in the public directory.
Can I book more than one kind of service?+
Yes — book pandits, temple poojas, and astrologers independently, whenever you like. All of them show up together under My Bookings.
